Nate was credited in the piece as a Commercial Relocation Authority. The through line of the article is that commercial moves are won or lost in the planning, not on move day. Knowing who holds final authority on a project, confirming what a building actually permits, and having redundancy ready before you need it are what keep a relocation on schedule when conditions change. And on commercial work, they almost always do.
